In the story of one of the most catastrophic errors in the history of British policing, London reels from the devastating suicide bombings of 7 July 2005 as the Met Police launches a large-scale counterterrorism operation, resolving to use lethal force if necessary.

Unbeknownst to them, another terrorist cell plots an assault that could equal the carnage of 7/7. During the counterterrorism operation, police conduct a major surveillance operation at a London address, but an extraordinary series of events leads to the misidentification of an innocent young Brazilian man as a suspect, resulting in his fatal shooting.

As his mourning family battle remarkable misinformation and fight for answers, the Met is engulfed by crisis and officers are forced to confront hard-truths about the tragedy.
