The new movie is based on the stage musical ‘The Band’ and follows a group of friends who reunite for the first time in 25 years when their beloved band, just called “The Boys” in the movie, comes back for another tour.
‘Greatest Days’ takes place over two periods in the friends’ lives: when they were younger and went to see the band for the first time, and when they reunite for the band’s comeback tour.
Take That’s Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald have executive produced the new movie, which will also feature other Take That songs including ‘Back for Good’, ‘Rule the World’ and ‘Patience’.
