Rea Malhotra Mukhtyar is a London-based actor and writer.
Born and brought up in Bombay, she speaks fluent English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, as well as conversational Spanish.
Rea's first foray into acting was age 8, when she was cast as Miss Milky Daisy; cow of poop-throwing fame. Ever since, she has gone on to perform on stage, both in India and the UK, work in film ('Chup' directed by R. Balki) and on TV (Netflix’s 'Eternally Confused and Eager for Love').
Rea recently narrated 'The Happiness Story' by Savi Sharma, and has voiced commercials for several international brands.
She is also an award-winning children’s author, and is currently working on a 4-book deal with Harper Collins.
Passionate about telling stories full of heart, nothing brings her more joy than learning lines and saying them in front of strangers (to thunderous applause, preferably).
Rea was recently on stage at London's Space Theatre in 'Permission’.
