Lorraine Ashdown is a London based Voiceover Artist and Presenter.
She got her break in broadcasting as a DJ on Kiss FM, marrying together her passion for music and radio. She co-presented the breakfast show, the magazine show 'The Word' and launched the first all female drivetime show 'Full Frontal'. After Kiss, she also presented shows on Atlantic 252, Ministry of Sound Radio and shot a pilot TV show for Channel 4.
Lorraine spent two years as a reporter for the music and lifestyle channel, Rapture TV. This included two summers living in and documenting the party island of Ibiza. She is an experienced voiceover artist. For 6 years she was the voice of 'Closer' magazine, has been the Station Voice for Radio 1, the announcer on “Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway,” and a regular contributor on ITVBe.
In February 2021, Lorraine launches her new weekly radio show on the DAB station Mi Soul (alongside her radio partner, Janice Vee) with fresh beats, sharp banter and top guests.
