Fola Evans-Akingbola is a London based actor of British and Nigerian descent.
She trained at the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and Identity Drama School.
Fola was named as one of The Guardian's TV stars to watch in 2022, following her work in the role of Zoe Spencer on Amazon's hit show 'Ten Percent'.
She wrote and produced a new documentary 'Untold Stories - Hair on Set' revealing the story of Afro and curly hair on film sets, which was recently aquired by Sky UK.
As well as being part of the lead cast in the Disney+/Freeform series 'Siren', her other notable credits include the critically acclaimed episode of 'Black Mirror-Striking Vipers', Apple TV's hit show 'Trying', award winning 'Game of Thrones' (HBO), Screen Star of Tomorrow Ed Lilly's directorial debut film 'VS', and ‘Death in Paradise’ (BBC). She was also seen in Netflix movie 'Back in Action' opposite Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx and in romcom 'Upgraded' alongside Oscar winner Marisa Tomei (Amazon).
Fola can currently be seen on the small screen starring as Secret Service Agent Chelsea Arrington in hit action thriller 'The Night Agent' (Netflix).
