Rea Malhotra Mukhtyar is a London-based Indian actor and writer.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, she speaks fluent English, Marathi, Hindi and Gujarati, as well as conversational Spanish.

Rea's first foray into acting was age 8, when she was cast as Miss Milky Daisy; cow of poop-throwing fame. Ever since, she has gone on to perform on stage, both in India and the UK, work in film 'Chup' directed by R. Balki and on TV in Netflix’s 'Eternally Confused and Eager for Love'.

Rea recently narrated Deepa Annapara's widely acclaimed 'The Last of Earth', and has voiced commercials for several international brands.

She is also an award-winning children’s author, and her debut MG novel published by Bloomsbury will hit shelves in March 2027.

Passionate about telling stories full of heart, nothing brings her more joy than learning lines and saying them in front of strangers (to thunderous applause, preferably).

Rea was recently on stage at London's Tara Theatre in 'Permission’ and is a company member of Sh!tfaced Shakespeare.
