Ed Currie


Ed Currie is a Northern actor based in London.

He played the lead part of Bobby in 'A Chorus Line' at the London Palladium. His other credits include 'Beautiful: The Carole King' Musical (Aldwych), 'Annie Get Your Gun' (UK Tour); 'Hairspray' (Asian Tour); 'Big Girls Don’t Cry' (Princess Cruises); 'Top Hat' and Radio Times (both UK Tours).

Ed also works as a choreographer/movement director and has just finished working with Leo Bill and Lyndsey Turner for The National Theatre’s new production'The End of Razzmatazz'. He recently formed his own dance company: Frolic & Frame.

Recordings include: PJ in Great Pretenders the Musical. Awards: What’s On Stage Award for Best Ensemble in A Chorus Line. Ed  has also recently trained with Frantic Assembly in devising and movement directing.
