Greg Haiste is an actor, comedian and writer who grew up in Leeds and is now based in London.

He is well-known for comic theatre roles and has appeared in several West End hits including the smashes the 39 Steps and Nell Gwynn, which won the Olivier for Best New Comedy in 2016. He has also appeared in several productions at Shakespeare's Globe and played Costard the fool in Love's Labour's Lost for the late great Sir Peter Hall.

He is in the current cinema release 'The Current War' with Benedict Cumberbatch and will shortly be appearing in Chichester in the brilliant new stage comedy 'Quiz', about the infamous Who Wants to Be a Millionaire coughing scandal.

Apart from this, Greg is in an multi-award-winning character comedy double act, Haiste and Lawrence. Their sketches and short films have won many short film awards, including Sketchfest, ShortCom, and one of their films won a prize which saw it premiere a Cannes International Film Festival.

Greg is also a regular volunteer for the mentoring charity Scene and Heard.
